Edmonton Public Library Takeout Service – Highlands Branch Great news! The Edmonton Public Library is making it easier for you and your family to access our awesome stuff including books, movies, music and more. While EPL locations remain temporarily closed due to COVID-19, we’re happy to share that our Library Takeout Service, which lets you pick up your holds from our doorsteps, has been expanded to include the nearby Highlands Branch.
